Tiger Woods didn’t exactly play to the best of his ability during the Masters. His frustration with himself was apparent from day one, and it seemed to just get worse and worse through Sunday.
After only tying for fourth place yesterday, the golfer decided he’ll be taking some time off now. He told CBS News, "I wanted to win this tournament. As the week went along, I kept hitting the ball worse. [My placement] was not very good."
He added on his website: "Unsuccessful...I didn't get the job done. I felt very uneasy on every shot I hit out there..I was not feeling good."
So now he decides to go away again! Tiger said, "I'm going to take a little time off and kind of reevaluate things.”
Yeah, how about your marriage for starters?! Speaking of, his wife Elin Nordegren still wants nothing to do with him. According to Radar Online, she was spotted boarding a private jet yesterday by herself to an undisclosed location.
She’s probably pleased that Tiger didn’t come back to a big win, just like most of us feel. Tiger’s got a lot to think about—and we’re not talking about his golf game.
