Gatorade Drops Tiger Woods

More bad news for Tiger Woods--he can't drink himself anymore. Gatorade has officially discontinued the Tiger Woods drink.

Gatorade claims they made their decision before Tiger's bizarre car crash last week, which led to a string of mistresses coming forward.

“Gatorade Tiger Focus” was launched last spring and was the only product to contain theanine, which is said to reduce mental and physical stress.

The drink was "formulated to contain more electrolytes based on factors that affect Woods' training and competition, including his workout intensity, his hydration strategies as well as duration and hot weather conditions he often faces on the course," according to Gatorade.

According to Us Weekly, sales of the Tiger beverage were down 34% in 2009 through October. So it looks like he's slowly been losing star power all year.

If you drink a product because of a celebrity endorsement, you are OUT OF YOUR MIND !! This stuff is crap & I wouldn't drink Gator-piss anyway. It's a crappy product.

If these companies dropped all philandering athletes, they wouldn't have anybody to endorse their products. That said, I agree with notropis. Gatorade is full of high fructose corn syrup. That stuff is poison!
