\'The Voice\' Recap: The Final Four Compete
The stage was set for the final showdown on ‘The Voice’ Season 2. For the four artists remaining, it took three grueling months of rehearsing, performing, and hard work with their coaches to bring them here.

Carson Daly welcomed everyone, while Chris Mann, Juliet Simms, Jermaine Paul and Tony Lucca prepared to sing three songs each for America's votes: a solo performance, a duet with his or her coach, and a ‘thank you’ solo in tribute to their coaches.

First up, Jermaine Paul (Team Blake). Wearing a white tux and backed by a church choir, he sang R. Kelly’s "I Believe I Can Fly" as his solo performance, impressing the judges. "You just sing with so much heart!" Christina Aguilera gushed.

Next up, Juliet Simms (Team Cee Lo). She's chose Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy”, bringing the crowd to its feet.

For the evening's first duet, we had Chris Mann (Team Christina) and coach Christina team up to sing Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion’s "The Prayer” by a fancy mirror. He wore a tux, and she wore a dress cut down to there. It looked like a wedding, didn’t it? A slightly slutty Las Vegas wedding, but still!

Switching back to a solo performance, fan favorite Tony Lucca (Team Adam Levine) sang a bluegrass version of Jay-Z’s ‘99 Problems’ to great applause. But Christina questioned why he chose that song when his beautiful daughter and wife were in the audience, saying that the “lyrics were a bit degrading to women”. Cee Lo defended his singer, while a fed up Adam Levine simply stripped down to a sparkly Team Xtina T-shirt. Clearly, the pressure was getting to everyone!

Chris Mann sang a moving Christina Aguilera's "The Voice Within" for coach Christina.

Juliet and Cee Lo rocked the house astride motorcycles, singing Steppenwolf's "Born to Be Wild” framed by cage dancers.

Next, with Tony Lucca strumming a guitar and coach Adam harmonizing, their duet was a stirring version of "Yesterday”.

Up again, Jermaine sang his ‘thank you’ performance with, fittingly, Blake Shelton’s "God Gave Me You”

Chris Mann returned to sing his solo take on Josh Groban's "You Raise Me Up” backed by a huge choir and an ASL translator who joined him on stage to “sing’ along in sign language. Nice touch!

Then came another coach-artist duet, with Jermaine and Blake covering the Sam & Dave classic "Soul Man”.

Tony Lucca sang his ‘thank you’ song for coach, Adam, with Maroon 5's "Harder to Breathe."

In the last dazzling performance of the night, Juliet Simms sang Lynryd Skynyrd's "Free Bird”. Yep, the perfect finish to finale night. All four artists sang their hearts out. Now the decision rests in America’s hands. Voting closes Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. EDT.
