It's the year of the remakes and Fame is ready to dominate the box office with their hot young stars, amazing dance steps and out of this world vocal cords. Not big on musicals? Pandorum and Surrogates are sure to be a box office hit as well. But if those don't tickle your pickle, here are a few new flicks opening in theaters this weekend:

NEW IN THEATERS

Fame: At the New York City High School of Performing Arts, a talented group of singers, dancers, actors and artists strive for the spotlight.

Pandorum: Two men wake up on a spacecraft with no memory of who they are or where they're going, and must uncover the ship's deadly secrets.

Surrogates: Bruce Willis must investigate a murder in a futuristic society where human interaction has been replaced by idealized robotic surrogates.

Coco Before Chanel: Audrey Tautou stars as legendary couturier Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel, whose iconic imprint on fashion defined the modern woman.

Jennifer's Body: Megan Fox stars as a high school cheerleader who becomes possessed and begins killing the unsuspecting boys of her small town.

If there's one girl Hollywood can't get enough of its Megan Fox. 'Jennifer's Body' opens nationwide today and the movie is ready to a make a killing at the box office--and we're guessing most of those theater seats are going to be filled by guys.
