Heath Ledger's Family To Attend Dark Knight Premiere

Heath Ledger's family is planning on traveling from Australia to attend the New York premiere of The Dark Knight on July 15th. Director Christopher Nolan has dedicated the film to Heath, and added a memoriam to him at the end of the film.

This will no doubt be a tough film for the family to see, especially with reports that Heath's portrayal of the Joker is very eery. The movie hasn't even come out yet, and there's already industry buzz about Heath receiving supporting actor nods for the 2009 Oscars.
