The couple, who appeared together in the film
Fighting, got engaged last week in Prague, Czech Republic, where he was filming his new movie
Red Tails.
Zulay flew to Prague to visit him, and Terrence popped the question. WENN.com ran into the couple partying at a bar in Prague on Friday night, where Howard confirmed, "I just got engaged."
Terrence and Zulay started dating back in 2005, after he officially split from his wife of 14 years Lori McCommas.
