The couple, who appeared together in the film Fighting, got engaged last week in Prague, Czech Republic, where he was filming his new movie Red Tails.
Zulay flew to Prague to visit him, and Terrence popped the question. WENN.com ran into the couple partying at a bar in Prague on Friday night, where Howard confirmed, "I just got engaged."
Terrence and Zulay started dating back in 2005, after he officially split from his wife of 14 years Lori McCommas.
Congrats to the happy couple! If you want to send the couple an engagement gift, we're sure baby wipes would be appreciated.

But just because months have passed and filming is underway, doesn’t mean Howard has forgotten it all.
In a new interview with Parade magazine, Terrence tells them, "Marvel made a choice, and it was a very, very bad choice. They didn't keep their word. They didn't honor my contract. They produced a great bounty with the first one but they put it all in the storehouse and you were not allowed in. They did the same thing with Gwyneth Paltrow, from what I've been told. They did it with almost everyone except Robert Downey. One of the things that actors need to learn to do is always stick together, one for all and all for one."
Even though he’s not attached anymore, Howard has already read the script for Iron Man 2 . But don’t worry, he’s not bitter enough to back at Marvel bosses by revealing any plot lines. He tells Parade , "I've seen the script, I know what's going to happen, but I'm not revealing anything. I believe in karma. When someone does something wrong, you don't have to get them back. Everything right will return the favor for you.”
Believe it or not, Terrence actually sounds excited to see Iron Man 2. He says, “I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the movie. I want to see Don Cheadle become me. No, I want him to do better than me. That's what I really want to see. Don Cheadle was the reason I got Crash , so I have a lot of love for him."
It sounds like Terrence only has beef with Marvel , and not the rest of the cast. That’s what happens when studios don’t take care of their actors! We guess Gwyneth Paltrow stuck around because she figured she had so much money already, that what’s another couple million? But for Terrence Howard, it seems like the struggle was less about the actual paycheck than the whole principle of it all.

Just weeks ago it sounded like Jackson was on the outs and wasn’t going to play the role in Iron Man 2, But they must have come to some sort of agreement to have gone from zero to nine!
The movies Jackson will now be appearing in are Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, The Avengers, and all of their sequels. This is really generous considering the bad rap Marvel has been getting lately.
Terrence Howard couldn’t work out a good contract with them, and was replaced by Don Cheadle. And we’re heard talk about Mickey Rourke joining the cast, but he’s been in negotiations for two months without still having a contract. We’re just glad Marvel signed Jackson for so many movies so we don’t have the same thing happening that did to Terrence Howard.

Chris' friends T.I. and Terrence Howard both made comments about Chris calling him a "great guy" and claiming that he's "cool." Comments that they're both retracting now.
Earlier this week when T.I. was asked about the arrest, he said Chris was barely fazed by the incident. He said, "I spoke to him today. He's cool. I guess he's a little concerned about the situation, but he's still the same Chris."
When Terrence was asked by paparazzi what he thought about the altercation he said, "It's just life, man. Chris is a great guy. He'll be all right. And Rihanna knows he loves her. She'll be all right. Just everybody's got to get out of their way."
Well both T.I. and Terrence now regret speaking out about the arrest insisting it was "insensitive" to comment before learning about all the details.
Terrence said, "When they asked me about Chris Brown the other day, I was in no way aware of what he had been accused of," Howard said in a statement. "Had I known, I would have never had said something so insensitive."
T.I. added, that he "made a mistake of commenting before understanding the situation."
So far the only people who have come to Chris' defense are his sister and aunt. But that's what family members are supposed to do, right?

While some of the actors are busy celebrating their nominations, there is a possibility a SAG actors strike could dampen their mood. Last year the show became a press conference because of the WGA strike.
On January 2, 2009 SAG actors will mail their ballots in order to decide if a strike will actually take place. Hollyscoop was at the nominations this morning where Brooke Shields expressed her concern to reporters. She said she didn't want the type of devastation that occurred last year to take place again this year.
“I support all of it, I don’t think we can afford it. What we went through with the writers strike was so devastating," Brooke told reporters.
When the WGA strike took place during the 14-week tenure, the city of Los Angeles alone lost $3 billion dollars. With the state of the economy right now, the city (nor the actors) can afford another setback.
Hollyscoop caught up with Terrence Howard during the nominee announcement where he assured us the Golden Globes would not be effected this year. “No, cause we're not acting. We're just showing up to hopefully get an award,” Howard told Hollyscoop exclusively.
Will the award show be in jeopardy? Will it go on as planned? Looks like we're all going to have to wait until January to see how this unfolds.

This morning the late Australian actor received a posthumous Golden Globes nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category for his acclaimed performance as the Joker in the latest Batman flick.
Hollyscoop was at the 66th Annual Golden Globe announcement ceremony this morning, where we caught up with actor Terrence Howard after he announced the nominees.
When asked if Howard thought Ledger would win the Golden Globe he said, “I'm sure he will. Even if someone else won in his category, if I had won in that category, I would give it to his family because he truly had the best performance.
"He gave more than I have seen any other actor give, he brought a new light. How do you step into Jack Nicholson’s shoes? How do you do that and stretch that? He stretched Jack Nicholson’s shoes,” he told Hollyscoop.
The Golden Globe nominations are generally a prediction of who will be nominated for the Oscars, so with Heath in the running for Best Supporting Actor, does that mean he'll be in the race for Best Supporting Actor at the Academy Awards as well? “Oh Yes,” insisted Howard.
If Ledger does win, then he will be the second posthumous Oscar-winner after Peter Finch, who triumphed in 1976 for his iconic role in "Network." Do you think Heath deserves the Golden Globe and even an Oscar for his role as the Joker?

He said, "I had nothing to do with that decision. I love Terrence very very much. That’s all I’ll say because I haven’t talked to him yet." He adds, "I’ve always admired Don. It’s one of those situations where I still don’t quite know what happened or why. Here’s what happens too: things happen and you wind up commenting on them before you’ve actually talked to the people and it’s in poor taste."
"We’ve just got to keep rolling up our sleeves higher and further up the elbow. If we show up and we’re in the right head space and our heart’s in the right spot and we really think about the audience at every turn and we don’t try to stamp our hipness onto anything. It’s very interactive."
Hmmm, didn’t exactly answer the question, did he?! We’ll just have to assume it’s because of money.

Sources close to deal say Howard fell through because of “financial differences.” In layman’s terms, that means he was probably too greedy and the film bosses tossed him out and handed the role over to Cheadle. He’s a better actor anyway! And he’s lucky, because the role of Rhodes is rumored to play a much bigger part in the sequel.
The rest of the cast and crew will remain the same. Jon Favreau is returning as director, and Robert Downey Jr. is expected back as billionaire industrialist Stark/Iron Man. Gwyneth Paltrow also is expected to be back as Stark's assistant, Pepper Potts.
