Taylor Swift Swings Into Target

Taylor Swift is looking extra good in red these days.

And we’re not just talking about the cover of her highly anticipated fourth album Red. We mean shopping cart red. Cash register red. Bulls eye red. We’re talking Target red.

The “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” pop-country songstress definitely wasn’t singing about the mega supermarket retailer in her latest hit. The two are teaming up yet again to launch a deluxe edition of Taylor’s next album.

Taylor is clearly swinging from cloud nine to cloud nine as seen in this exclusive image for Target.

With more than 623,000 downloads, “WANEGBT” shattered records recently, making Taylor’s single the fastest selling song from a female artist in its first week, and the second largest download ever. The musician is without a doubt on top of the world these days.

So, just when you thought you couldn’t relate to Tay Tay’s catchy, honest, and sensitive lyrics any more, Target will have more in store for you with this exclusive Red album that includes six bonus tracks—three new songs and three remixes.

This is musical déjà vu for Taylor and Target who have had a relationship since her 2008 release Fearless.

“One of the toughest things about putting together an album is having to make the final song choices,” says Taylor. “I love that putting out a Deluxe Edition at Target lets me give the fans even more music.”

The album is available for pre-order on September 16 and on Target store shelves on October 22.
