Taylor Swift may want to double-check the people she poses in pictures with.
The singer has found herself in the middle of a photo scandal that has left many of her fans wanting answers.

Katy Perry’s birthday party last weekend, in which the theme was to paint whatever outfit you came wearing.
Taylor was photographed during the night with a young male who was donning a large red swastika on his t-shirt.
The picture leaked on the web, and now everyone wants to know who this guy is, and what he was doing with Taylor.
Swift’s rep released a statement saying, "Taylor took pictures with about 100 people that night ... she doesn't know who this guy is and she didn't realize what was on his shirt."

The guy who posed with Taylor is really sorry to drag her into this scandal. He says he didn't even know who she was before he took the photo with her.
He also claims that he's not racist. He tells TMZ the swastika started as an "X" but it was "perverted" as the night went on.
