Speaking to Zap2It.com, Swift said,
"There have been conversations, and when those happen with all these new opportunities, it usually comes down to scheduling.”

She makes perfect sense for the show—she’s the right age to play a student on the show, or even play herself! But for now, Swift is just focused on the media rounds she’ll be doing when her new album Speak Now comes out on October 25.
"I've actually been running and doing cardio for the last three months to prepare for it, to be honest," Swift says.
"We've had this schedule pretty much set in stone for six months, because it has so many parts that have to come together. To make sure I could get through it, I've been warming up every day, not so much for the exercise but for the endurance."
