Taylor Swift’s Vanity Fair article hit the Internet this morning and it’s turning out to be the best/worst thing to happen to her.
For starters, half of the Interview isn’t even from her own mouth, Taylor “authorized” a source to talk sh*t about Harry Styles on her behalf, but one of the few things she DID say out of her own mouth was how she thinks Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will go to h*ll.
Well, Amy Poehler just released a statement after hearing Taylor’s comments, because a comedienne should always have the last laugh.
Taylor did NOT like it when Amy and Tina joked about her love life at the Golden Globes, saying, “Taylor should stay away from Michael J. Fox’s son.”
Taylor responded to their joke in her interview, “You know, Katie Couric is one of my favorite people, because she said to me she had heard a quote she loved, that said, ‘there’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.’”
Taking her words out of context, Taylor basically said, “Amy and Tina should go to h*ll.”
Here’s what Amy Poehler has to say about the diss.
“Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist, and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to h*ll. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff,” says Amy.
Awww, that was actually really sweet of Amy. We’re waiting with bated breath for Tina’s comment.
