'Gossip Girl' star Taylor Momsen was released Wednesday afternoon from L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after battling a "severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection."
“I have been treating Miss Taylor Momsen for the last few days,” Dr. Shawn Nasseri tells Us Weekly. “She has been hospitalized for a severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection since Sunday. She has been an excellent patient, and after aggressive antibiotics and medications, she is expected to make a full recovery in the next three to five days.”
Taylor originally thought she had a bad cold but when she went to get checked out she discovered how serious her condition really was. Luckily she saw a doctor in time and she's expected to recover soon. Get well soon Taylor!
