Taylor Lautner has just launched a lawsuit over being "annoyed.”
According to TMZ, Lautner bought an RV to use as his trailer while he was filming his latest movie Abduction, but it wasn’t delivered on time.
The trailer was supposedly going to be customized exactly how he wanted it, except it never actually got to the actor. So he filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday against McMahon’s RV after the dealership failed to have the vehicle delivered by the agreed date of June 21.
Taylor notes breach of contract and fraud in the papers and is demanding unspecified damages from the company. He claims he's suffering from "emotional distress" and "annoyance" as a result of having to use a different trailer.
Can you say DIVA?! It was only a matter of time!
