Taylor Lautner Named Highest-Paid Teen Actor

Taylor Lautner can give his biceps a little thank you kiss, because they’ve made him a lot of money! Our very own Jacob is reportedly the highest-paid teen actor in Hollywood.

DeadlineHollywood.com reports that Lautner will make $7.5 million for his next film Northern Lights, in which he’ll co-star alongside Tom Cruise. Not bad for the new kid on the block.

The movie will reportedly tell the tale of “a gifted, young, aerobatics pilot who faces off with his controlling, billionaire father and falls in love with a gifted, female pilot.” According to the site, Taylor’s payday blows his fellow teen actors’ checks out of the water.

And lucky for us, we’ll be seeing a lot more of Taylor in the near future—he’s signed on to be Paramount’s next big action hero in Max Steel, based on the successful international Mattel property.

And next up Taylor joins the ensemble cast in the romantic comedy, Valentine’s Day, which hits theaters on February 12th.
