Ever since Russell Armstrong's suicide last month, his friends, family and the press have been trying to make sense of it. The latest detail surfacing is that Taylor Armstrong started dating a new man just weeks before the suicide.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was reportedly dating businessman Jeremy Larner after she decided to split from Russell in July. The divorce was not finalized but was in process during the time of Russell's death.
While it sounds like something that may have added to Russell's internal pain, it's unknown whether he knew of his estranged wife's romance.
"She was with this guy Jeremy Larner, just days before Russell killed himself," a source said. "She is always with him."
Larner is a 33 year-old businessman who lives in Malibu. In July, Taylor filed for divorce earlier this summer, citing physical and emotional abuse. The couple has a five-year old daughter together, Kennedy.
Bravo has announced recently that it will air a "suicide special" when they premiere the next season of the show.
Bravo Media president Frances Berwick said in a statement:
"Bravo will proceed with the Monday, September 5 premiere date of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Given that these episodes were filmed months ago, the producers of the show taped a brief interview this week with several of the cast members to introduce the premiere."
Berwick added, " Re-editing of the episodes is still underway."
The network also said it will accompany the show with several public service announcements.
Earlier this week, TMZ obtained the chilling 911 call that was made when Russell's body was found. Taylor's voice can be heard crying while the caller tells the operator:
"My friend just hanged himself, do you understand? Come over here and stop asking questions."
Taylor sobs during the call, "I need my psychiatrist."
The caller consoles her, but when Taylor and Russell's five year-old daughter shows up, he tells Taylor, "have your daughter go away please."
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members showed up at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in L.A. a couple of weeks ago to pay tribute to Russell.
A source at the memorial said of Taylor's appearance: “The people traveling with her were comforting her and wanted to get her inside the building as quickly as possible."
An eyewitness added: "When she left she seemed very distressed and had obviously been crying. It's a very emotional time for her right now and she must be going through hell."
