Phew! The rumor that Tara Reid is engaged to fashion exec Julien Jarmoune are just, well, a rumor!
Tara's rep tells Us magazine that it's not true. We should have known, with the story stemming from the not-so-reliable source The National Enquirer.
But the rep declined to mention if Tara and Julien are a couple at all. We'll go with yes on that one, since the last time they were photographed, they were PDA central at Blush in Vegas.
