Tara Reid. biography
Tara Donna Reid was born on November 8, 1975, in Wyckoff, New Jersey, and began developing her acting skills at Manhattan's Professional Children's School alongside her future-fellow actors Sarah Michelle Gellar, Macaulay Culkin and Christina Ricci.
By the age of 9, Tara was a regular contestant on the game show Child's Play and featured in more than 100 commercials for most recognized brands, including McDonalds, Jell-O and Crayola. She soon realized she wanted to pursue acting fulltime and moved to Los Angeles in hopes of making her dream come true.
Soon after arriving, Tara landed a minor role in the horror flick A Return to Salem's Lot (1987), but hit a dry spell like most Hollywood newcomers do. She bounced back with TV appearances in Saved by the Bell: The New Class (1994), Days of Our Lives (1995) and California Dreams (1996).
In 1998, Tara acquired her most well known role as Bunny in the cult-classic The Big Lebowski, followed by the thriller Urban Legend and her first starring role in the drama Around the Fire (1998).
Tara's big break came in 1999, when she was cast in the comedy American Pie prior to appearing the drama Cruel Intentions. The comedy was a commercial hit with a gross of more than $100 million, propelling Tara to celebrity status overnight. She found similar success with her reprised role in American Pie 2 (2001) and American Reunion (2012).
After American Pie 2 debuted to commercial success, Tara tried her hand at box-office failures with unmemorable performances in Josie and the Pussycats and National Lampoon's Van Wilder. The movies' sales did little to deter Tara, who went on to star alongside Richard Gere in Robert Altman's Dr. T and the Women (2000) as well as become a regular on NBC's Scrubs (2003 - 2005).
Tara's choice in roles, however, transgressed when she starred opposite Ashton Kutcher in the comedy My Boss's Daughter (2003) and the sci-fi horror flick Alone in the Dark (2005), both of which earned Tara Razzie Award nominations for Worst Actress. In that same year, Tara was named the host for the E! Channel's Taradise, which revolved around upscale vacation spots, but in actuality, documented Tara's stint as a "hot mess." The show premiered in October 2005, but was canceled after airing only 8 of 14 episodes due to low ratings.
A chain of straight-to-video films soon followed, including the sport comedy 7-10 Split (2007), the comedy Senior Skip Day (2008), the thriller Unnatural Causes (2008), the TV horror movie Vipers (2008) and the drama mystery The Fields (2011).
Tara has most recently starred in American Reunion (2012) and the comedy Last Call (2012) with Christopher Lloyd.

Seeing that Zack is not a celebrity, there was major confusion with who her fiancé actually was. Many news outlets reported it was her former fiancé Michael Axtmann, but Tara later cleared the air with a Tweet that read, "His name is zach kehayov."
The story got even weirder when she returned to Twitter that same day, writing, "Just got married in greece I love being a wife."
Rumors that the marriage was a sham began to circulate when Tara reportedly left at the conclusion of her "wedding" to begin filming Celebrity Big Brother in Great Britain with out her new husband.
Turns out, the marriage was never made legal in the United States, meaning it was in fact a fake marriage. A wasted Tara later told a TMZ cameraman that they were "never really married" as she stumbled out of LAX in October 2011.
