Plastic surgery has become so commonplace, I think human beings are going to start evolving to look like Joan Rivers. In Hollywood, most women’s faces are pulled so tight; their eyes are on the back of their necks.

Get good plastic surgery, and you can’t tell a difference. Get bad plastic surgery; you look like a melted Barbie. But for some celebs, their regrets aren’t about looks. Here are ten celebrities who wish they never went under the knife.

Heidi Montag: Heidi had ten cosmetic procedures in one day. She emerged looking like a completely different human being, and I use the term “human” loosely. “Obviously I wish I didn’t do it,” Montag recently said. “I would go back and not have any surgery.”

Tori Spelling: Tori Spelling’s breast have gotten press for being oddly shaped, but the actress regrets them for another reason. Spelling says: “I got my boobs done in my early 20's and if I had known it would or could possibly impact production of milk, I would never had had them done.”

Tara Reid is more of a professional party girl than a wifey...so it should come as no surprise that the former actress has called off her wedding.

Tara said "thanks, but no thanks" to her businessman boyfriend Michael Axtmann and changed her Facebook status to "single." You know it's serious when you change your FB status.

They were planning a small summer wedding but instead of getting married, Tara's probably going to be Lindsay's party pal this summer.

When asked about the wedding she recently said, "I've always wanted that fairytale Cinderella look. There's only one moment in your entire life when you can dress like that, so I want to go over-the-top. A total princess."

She added, "Seeing myself and picturing Michael at the altar, I get butterflies in my stomach."

Some folks are whispering that Michael likes to bat for the other team. No seriously. Google it.

So much for her Princess Bride fantasy. Oh well...she didn't seem like she was ready to settle down anyway, and he didn't seem like he was into girls. Better luck next time guys.

Tara Reid is smarter than we thought! She’s got everyone talking about her because she reportedly poses nude in her upcoming Playboy shoot.

According to Us Weekly, Tara says she’s not ashamed of her past. "I wouldn't change anything that's brought me here,” she says.

"I've grown up a lot, and it's time for people to see who I am," she says. "I lived a lot of years in the public eye. But if you look at me now, that’s not who I am anymore ... I'm not Girls Gone Wild anymore."

Tara says she’s finally "really happy." "I'm relaxed," she says. "I'm a young woman with confidence ... At the end of the day, I go to sleep knowing who I am ... I'm happy with my life now, and I'd like to keep it this way."

Tara also says she feels like she is at the perfect age to do a pictorial of this nature.

What’s interesting is that Tara talks so much about how she’s grown up—yet here she is posing topless in Playboy. Seems a little backwards! But we’re still anxious to see the spread!

Party girl Tara Reid insists she’s completely clean and sober after a 60-day stint in rehab. We all thought it had to be a desperate PR stunt to boost her career, but it may have just been for real!

Tara checked into Promises right before Christmas and stayed there through the holidays battling her alcohol addiction. And in a new interview with In Touch, Tara says she’s kicked her habit, and is a brand new woman.

She says, "Rehab saved my life. Before, I used to think about tomorrow and I hated it. Now I can’t wait." Tara tells the mag that a trip to the sacred Western Wall in Israel back in November made her realize it was time to seek help.

She says, "You write a prayer on a paper and fold it up and put it in the wall. One of the things I wished for was health and happiness and something changed inside me. I realized partying is not what I am anymore."

So that’s when she cancelled a trip to St. Bart’s and headed to rehab instead! She says, "The hardest thing was walking through the door for the first time and finally admitting that I had a problem.

"I wasn’t drinking any more than my friends, so I didn’t get it. I’d think, ‘Why am I an alcoholic and she isn’t?’ The truth is, some people can drink, and some can’t… I like alcohol but it didn’t like me. I numbed my feelings. It was no life to live."

Tara says she has a whole new group of friends who are sober like her. She also says she’s staying single for at least a year. And yes, that means she dumped that Julien guy.

She says, "My focus is to get back in my career and stay sober, and keep on having a better life one day at a time."

Well, it’s sounds like Tara really is on the right track. Hopefully she can stay on board, because we know too many celebrities who have fallen off the wagon. We have to give her props for giving it her all!
