Susan Boyle to Perform for President Obama

Susan Boyle may not have won Britain’s Got Talent, but she’s won a pretty amazing consolation prize. The winners of the show Diversity won a monetary prize, along with the chance to perform in front of the Royal family.

But Susan Boyle gets to perform for royalty in the U.S.—the Obamas! Boyle has received an invitation from the President to perform for the First Family on July 4th.

Susan’s brother John Boyle told the Daily Record that his sister is doing fine under the large amount of pressure, despite reports that say otherwise.

He said, “Susan has been invited to the celebrations at the White House with the president. So as you can see, her dream is still very much alive. In fact, it’s only just starting.”

“Susan is exhausted, that’s all there is to it. It’s no surprise - she has gone from a small town in West Lothian to being famous around the world. She’s been battered non-stop for the last seven weeks and it has taken its toll. But she’ll be looking forward now to the Fourth of July.”

We agree with John. Susan just needs a little time to cool off and step out of the public eye. Too much fame too soon can really damage people, and at least Susan is taking the precautionary measures to stay sane!

i think that diversity would be better to preform for the obamas because they won britains got talent and that i don't think that Susan can totally cope with fame. Only time will tell though
