Victoria Beckham's Strict Diet Revealed

Victoria Beckham seems like the last person who needs to go on a diet, but we hear she’s back on strict provisions! According to Britain’s Daily Star, Vicky only eats berries and raw fish to keep from putting on any weight.

A source snitches to the tabloid, “Victoria’s only indulgence is a glass of wine every evening. She thinks she’s the best ambassador for the clothes she designs, so she wants to be model thin.”

Victoria recently defended her small frame to the Daily Mirror, saying, “I am fine — happy and healthy. It’s irresponsible when people obsess about my shape and size.

“I appreciate there are young girls and women who look at me as a role model and it is simply untrue to say I do not eat and I am unhealthy.”

“I have a healthy diet, a healthy lifestyle and plenty of energy to run after my three energetic boys and travel the world managing my fashion business.”

Berries and raw fish wouldn’t hold anyone over! For someone as busy as Victoria is, she doesn’t look like she eats much. A Hollyscoop spy tells us she once ate just an apple on the five-hour flight from Boston to LA, not even touching the food or drinks in first class.

But she’s doing something right to be able to have that body after having three kids! Whatever her secret is, we want to know!
