While the recession seems to have taken its toll on the middle class, a majority of celebrities are also being affected by the slow economy. Rapper
Snoop Dogg is one of those celebrities.
Hollyscoop caught up with the singer in Los Angeles where he was promoting his new MTV show Dogg After Dark, to get the scoop on his relatively new clothing line,
Rich & Infamous.
Snoop confessed that although his clothing line just hit stores, it's already been affected by the recession.
"The recession is affecting everybody," Snoop told Hollyscoop.com exclusively.
"We're trying to keep it 100% and do what we're doing and try to keep the prices a little lower," he said, adding that they're "trying to keep it cost sufficient for what [they're] doing."
The key is to a successful celebrity clothing line right now is to keep prices down, so Snoop is definitely on the right track. Which celebrity clothing line can you not get enough of?
