shape up by using Mariah Carey's trainer Patricia Gay. She's the one who
just helped Mimi lose two dress sizes recently.
Her team thinks she
needs to be a little sexier if she wants to become a huge star. And
she'll get a little motivation to go, since Patricia's facility is in
the Caribbean.
