Katy Perry arrived at the NRJ Radio studios in Paris yesterday looking very bundled up for the Parisian chill.

Urban Outfitters has a great coat similar to Katie's for under $100.00!!!! It’s a warm hunting jacket, with a zip placket covered and a snapped layer. This gives you the same look as Katie's, with zippered pockets at the chest.
Katie's coat has a lot of buttons, and this coat also has snap pockets at the front. Just because its cold out, does not mean you cant look hot!
