Rihanna Named Gucci Spokesmodel

Rihanna has been selected as the spokesperson for Gucci's first ever Unicef ad.  She'll be appearing in their Tattoo Heart campaign, which will begin in December. 

Creative director Frida Gianninni says, "When we decided to dedicate a full ad campaign, more than just creating products, to really come out and show our commitment to UNICEF, I felt a musician and a beautiful woman was the perfect icon for this campaign."

Style Alert! Madonna has traded her leotards for some loose clothing. Madonna hit the 7th Annual Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of her documentary, I Am Because We Are last night clad in Gucci.

We saw the dress on the catwalk in February during Milan Fashion Week. This dress is the epitome of boho-chic. This look and colors are going to be the hottest trend for Fall and naturally Madonna is ahead of the game.

Claire Danes is going from movie star to fashion model. Danes was announced today as the face of a new Gucci fine jewelry campaign, replacing Drew Barrymore.

Gucci creative director Frida Giannini said, “Claire Danes is a modern icon. For me she is one of the most interesting young actresses on the international scene.”

Interesting? Hardly! Gorgeous, absolutely!
James Franco For Gucci

James Franco has been announced as the new face of Gucci by Gucci, their newest men's fragrance.

  He follows a long list of hotties who have recently endorsed colognes, including Justin Timberlake for Givenchy, and Patrick Dempsey for Avon.  The Gucci fragrance will launch in the fall. 

Side note: He looks absolutely amazing in the pic and in case you are wondering this is not the ad shot by Gucci.
Gucci To Design For Lenny Kravitz Tour

Lenny Kravitz is going to look super stylin for his upcoming tour.  He's enlisted the help of Gucci designer Frida Giannini to design his outfits. 

The outfits are expected to include tailored jackets, big belt buckles and tight trousers.  There will be twenty full looks for the "Love Revolution" tour which kicks off in Vigo, Spain on 29th May.  Lenny is always super stylish, so we're sure he'll look fabulous! He looks anything look good!
