Move over Victoria Beckham!
There is now more than one fashion designer in the Beckham household. WWD reports that
David Beckham will be designing a new line for Adidas. He’s just collaborated with James Bond, and no, we don’t mean the action movie star. Bond is the owner of the boutique sneaker chain Undefeated. He and Becks have teamed up to create a fall-winter men’s collection for Addidas.
Beckham is a huge fan of the stores, and someone close to him thought it would be perfect if he did a line for Addidas.
The collection will be under the Adidas Originals by Originals collection. Reports show that David's new line will be a combination of his take on American sportswear and a remixing of past Addidas designs.
The collection features materials such as leather, cashmere and silk, while the footwear builds on iconic Adidas styles. The duo also developed accessories and thermal layering pieces.
As for modeling his own clothes? No such luck ladies! He has no plans to use his image or personal appearances to promote the new line.
Boo to that! But we love the idea!
