Claudia Schiffer has walked the runway for over twenty years in the fashion world. And now she’s hanging up her hat to do something on the other end of the industry.

Reuters, Schiffer is working on creating her own fashion label, which will feature cashmere and handbags. Speaking at a conference in Berlin today, she said, "I would love to create my own lines now. I want the brand to be timeless and classic, with a fashion sensibility.”
One thing that seems important to Claudia is having her line speak to her brand, and reflect her personality. "Consumers are not stupid. They do understand if you don't believe in your product," she said.
"I would love to do cashmere, it is something I wear all the time myself...I would love to do something that is a bit more price friendly and...a lot of cashmere is very classic, I would like to create something that is a bit more fashion," she said.
Cashmere is one of the keys to a girl’s heart, so we love the idea already! Claudia is currently on the lookout for partners to launch her new brand.
