Audrey Tatou isn’t just the
Chanel spokeswoman! She’s now the star of a movie all about the iconic brand! Audrey stars as Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel, the founder of fashion house. The film follows Coco Chanel's rise from obscure beginnings to the heights of the fashion world.
Coco was born in a small French town, and left orphaned by her parents. She grew up to be a seamstress for performers and a singer, earning the nickname Coco from the song she sings nightly with her sister. She later fell in love with Baron Balsan, who gave her an entree into French society and a chance to develop her gift for designing increasingly popular hats.
But when she falls in love with English businessman Arthur Capel further opportunities open up, life becomes ever more complicated.
