She and her sister giggled and played around the salon, applying Valerie’s infamous fairy dust on each other, while promoting their new fashion book on beauty secrets. The salon was a busy spot yesterday! Also stopping by for some beautification was The Hills’ Stephanie Pratt. She gushed over how great the "Luv" lip gloss looks on her lips. She had stated that the lip gloss allows her lips to appear even fuller than they are!
