Steve Carell Not Picky About Movie Roles

Steve Carell may be one of the funniest guys on the big screen, but he says he still gets so surprised to be offered movie roles, that he basically takes anything that that comes his way.

Talking about his movie choices, he told Conan O'Brien: "Someone offers me a part in a film and I take it. Clearly there's been no rhyme or reason or anything. Am I getting paid? Absolutely.
B "I'm always astounded to be offered any sort of role so I'm like: 'All right, I'm going to play a rapist? Cool. I always wanted to play a rapist.'"

He added, "So there hasn't been a career path in that sense; it's just kind of been the luck of the draw."
