An attorney for Stephanie Pratt just plead "not guilty" for her DUI arrest but told the judge she's going to enroll in rehab.
The Hills star will enroll in a 30-day residential facility, reports TMZ.
As Hollyscoop had previously reported, Stephanie was pulled over and arrested for a DUI back in October.
"It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over," Sgt. Sal Ogaz told People Magazine. "She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest."
Stephanie was arrested after she left Holly Montag's birthday at Empire nightclub in the early hours of Oct. 18. She blew a .08, which is the legal limit in California, but blew a .09 the second time.
“Literally it was the first time that something horrible happened to me and I didn’t have the attitude of 'my life sucks', it doesn’t matter what I do now," Stephanie told Hollyscoop at the Maxim and Ubisoft launch of Assassin’s Creed II.
Going to rehab proves she's really serious about the offense and is ready to put it behind her.
