Stephanie Pratt is Looking Forward to a Sober New Years

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt recently made headlines for a D.U.I. arrest, but the reality star tells Hollyscoop she's ready to put that behind her and is looking forward to a "sober" New Years.

Stephanie Pratt barely blew a .09 when she was pulled over and arrested for a D.U.I. earlier this month but she may face some serious jail time.

The Hills star blew a .08, which is the legal limit in California, in the early hours of Oct. 18 after leaving castmate Holly Montag's birthday party at L.A. club Empire.

Stephanie Pratt was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on early Sunday morning in Hollywood.

"It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over," Sgt. Sal Ogaz told People Magazine. "She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest."

Stephanie spent the Saturday night celebrating Holly Montag's birthday at Empire nightclub and got arrested at 3:45 a.m. and was charged with a misdemeanor.

Stephanie Pratt, sister of the infamous Spencer, and fellow cast member on The Hills, has recently opened up about her battle with bulimia.
