Playboy Matt Leinart has been in a custody battle with baby momma Brynn Cameron for the past few month over their 10-month-old son Cole.
Finally, an agreement was reached in court on Monday. The two will share joint custody although Brynn will have primary custody of Cole. Matt and Brynn will be doing a lot of flying to get to see the child. During football season, Matt will fly down to LA every Monday and see his child while Brynn will bring Cole to Arizona the night before Matt's game's so Matt can spend some time with his son.
Many say that the battle became dirty because Brynn was a bit bitter that Matt didn't wanna marry her. Why would Matt marry her, he is too busy schmoozing with 'Young Hollywood' to settle down.
