Beckham Wants Fans To Faint

November 30, 2007

Spice Girls

Geri Halliwell thought the only thing she needed to worry about this week is getting her routines down for her upcoming tour. Unfortunately that’s not the case because her daughter Bluebell has got the chicken pox. So now she’s got the stress of the tour and the stress of her daughter being all right.

"Bluebell caught chickenpox from Cruz," Halliwell said on the British TV show GMTV. "She's now completely pelted now so I left her at home. Normally they're running around the set."

As far as the tour goes, Victoria has expressed that she wants people to be really excited to see them. She’s talking fainting, crying, the whole shebang.

"There were lots of lovely little Japanese people there to greet me," she says. "There were tears, which I always like. I think that shows you are a true fan, when you cry – or when you pass out."

"When the paramedics are called, it's always a good sign," she jokes. "That shows real determination as a fan."

There is so much hype around this comeback tour, I just hope they actually deliver. Do you guys have your tickets? Do you think Spice Girls are gonna put on a good show?

My opinion- the tour would be a success WITHOUT Victoria, seriouly she could bring anyone & anything down! Too bad they couldn't go on with the show without her- she's the one who wanted this tour to proceed, she's the one living in the p-a-s-t, because she is so jealous of the fact that her own husband's "fame" has 100% eclipsed her own... if she would just "humble" herself and let ppl. see her as a "deserving" human being, she might be able to open herself up to a larger and more forgiving "fan-base", until that happens, she will continue to be seen as the narcissisitic, snobby b---- that she is!

Wouldn't pay a dime to see them. Not my kind of girl group. As far as the chicken pox, Geri's daughter will be fine. Everyone goes through it and only in very, very rare occassions do children get very sick (it's harder on adults). Too much friggin' drama around this tour. I hope for the sake of their fans that the Spice Girls deliver. But I think the "magic" is not going to be there. Some things are meant to stay in the past.
