Solange Addresses 'Beyonce Fake Pregnancy' Reports

When Beyonce and Jay-Z got pregnant, some of us (i.e. myself) dedicated google calendars to the birth countdown and cancelled our own birthday parties to have Beyonce baby showers, you know, normal stuff like that.

But some people out there don't give a sh-t about Beyonce and Jay-Z's new daughter, Blue Ivy Carter. Also, remember how everyone thought Beyonce was "faking" her pregnancy?
Beyonce Getting Mom Advice From Younger Sister

Beyonce's little sister, Solange Knowles, already has a 7-year-old son and says that Auntie Beyonce is learning how to be a mom after being a great Aunt to Solange’s son for 7 years.

“My sister is a phenomenal aunt, so I’m ready to be the same in her life,” Solange told Us Weekly.

The famous sisters swap shoes and clothes, but they are now swapping mommy tricks like “how to get spit stains out of your House of Dereon wrap dress” or “Which Destiny’s Child album is best to play for the baby?”

But Solange says that Beyonce is learning things from Solange because she became a mommy first.

Don't Ask Solange About Beyonce

Word to the wise, when speaking to Solange Knowles, don't bring up the b-word. Solange says she's sick and tired of talking about her older (and much successful) sis Beyonce, and refuses to mention her in interviews.

"I've answered that question and then that'll be the one thing from a 40-minute interview that gets any play. That is what becomes frustrating," she says. "It's a little repetitive."

Sorry to say, but no one would even care about your album if you weren't Beyonce's little sis. Instead of being such a B about it, maybe she should try embracing it and using it toward her advantage.
Solange Knowles Screws Up

No wonder Solange Knowles isn't the famous sister. She sat down to do an interview with Fox New Las Vegas this morning to talk about her new album, when things got a little awkward.

Apparently Solange's publicist had ixnayed talking about the drama with Jay-Z's 40/40 Club, and the host was ordered to talk strictly about her album.

So after a stellar introduction that only addressed Solange's thriving music career, and her ability to step out of the shadows of her sister Beyonce, Solange went ahead and ruined it by being ignorant. The video is just so good. Good luck getting anyone to interview now!

Solange Gives Advice To Jamie Lynn

Solange Knowles has decided to give a little advice to little Jamie Lynn Spears. It would probably be a lot cooler if it came from Beyonce, but SOlange happens to be the sis with parenting experience. Solange had her son Daniel when she was just 18 years old.

She tells Us Weekly, "I'm sure a lot of people perceived that I was gonna be a young, irresponsible mom. I think that there are some moms who are 35 who are just as irresponsible."

As for some pointers for Jamie Lynn, who's even younger than Solange was when pregnant, "You just have to make the best decisions for you," Knowles said. "You have to decide what's best for you. Who are we to say what's right and wrong for a person?"

Solange also moved to the country for a year, which Jamie Lynn has already done by moving back home. She and Casey are also looking for houses in Mississippi, and you can't get more country than that. According to Solange, Jamie Lynn is on the right track!
