When writing about Snooki, it’s nearly impossible to not mention her near 50-pound weight loss. It’s a shocking amount, considering no one knew the pint-sized “Jersey Shore” star was a pound over 50 to begin with.
Her latest endeavor is sharing that progress with her fans, posting videos on YouTube chronicling her exercise regimen in a series called “Workout Wednesday with Snooki.”
This week’s episode gives a fair representation of what getting fit with Snooki looks like.
“Hello, lovers and welcome to workout Wednesdays,” she cheerily shouts into the camera, pumping her viewers up, bringing her spritely charm and charisma to the project.
The 25-year-old then demonstrates how to execute a Romanian deadlift with her personal trainer Anthony Michael by her side.
More impressive is that she just gave birth to her first child, a son, Lorenzo, almost a year ago. (In March she tweeted, “If I can lose 42 lbs. after giving birth six months [ago], I mean, anybody could do it.”)
