According to Radaronline, Snooki was one of three people charged in connection with the 2004 death of teenager Michael Truncali.
Michael left Snooki's home in the wee hours on Thanksgiving Day in 2004 and got into a car accident with Mazda that ultimately took his life. His blood alcohol was .18 -- more than twice the legal limit.
Snooki, Michael and a group of teenagers were drinking in Snooki's basement the night of the accident. After a lengthy investigation, authorities charged Snooki with Prohibited Sale of Alcoholic Beverages, because said she charged a fee for alcohol.
"She cooperated," Marlboro Police Chief Stephen Fajfer said about the investigation that began in 2004 and lasted several months. "She came in willingly and spoke to us several times about the incident."
