Team Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWOWW” Farley stepped out to lend their LGBT support to The Trevor Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing suicide in the community’s youth.
The two support the cause so much in fact, Snooki stated that she’s “praying” that one day she’ll have a gay son.
“Me and Jenni weren’t exactly the best role models,” she said in a speech on Monday. “But now that I’m a mom, I’m so grateful for The Trevor Project to support the LGBT youth so they have someone there for them because I’m praying I have a gay little boy one day.”
Snooki, who’s 25 now and no longer begging taxis on the Shore to drive her home if she promises not to throw up on the way (they grow up so fast), welcomed her first son, Lorenzo, last August with her boyfriend Jionni.
As for JWOWW: “We’re huge supporters of the LGBT community…so we would do anything to help them and protect them. We feel like moms when it comes to our gays—we really do.”
