Simon Cowell Wants Eminem on X Factor

If rapping doesn't work out for Eminem, he has a job waiting for him aside Simon Cowell.

Simon has offered Eminem a job as a judge on his very successful UK TV talent show The X Factor.

Simon said: "It would be great to have him on as a guest judge. Em - I can call him that because we are on first name terms - the job is yours."

But just because he's offering "Em" the job, doesn't mean he's planning on getting rid of someone else. He said: "I'm not getting rid of anyone."

He added: "No disrespect to the current judges but you need people who are global, platinum-selling stars. You need to prepare contestants for what it's really like out there, and what sort of pressure you are going to be under."

Eminem may be a little too harsh for X Factor. He could potentially make Simon look like a pussycat. Who would you love to see make an appearance as a judge on X Factor?
