I'm starting to lose track of all these breakups and engagements. Here's another one for you! Sienna Miller's boyfriend Rhys Ifans has reportedly bought the actress an engagement ring and plans on proposing to her on her 26th birthday (which is today, December 28th).
A source told Britain's Sun newspaper: "He is keeping tight-lipped on a proposal but hinted to he has had a Welsh designer craft a special ring for her, which can only mean one thing."
The couple has been dating since August when Rhys starting crashing on her couch every night. Do you guys think she'll say yes? It's not the first time he's asked her to marry him, he obviously knows a good fortune when he sees one---literally!
