Actress Sienna Miller just won a privacy claim lawsuit against UK publication 'The Sun' and the 'News of the World' and was awarded more than £37,000.
Sienna sued the tabloid after they published naked photos of her filming a nude scene for her 'Hippie Hippie Shake' movie. The court agreed that it was an invasion of privacy.
The ruling means that the photos must be deleted and never republished.
It's not the first time 'The Sun' has published nude photos of Sienna, earlier this year they published movie stills of a semi-nude Sienna in 'Factory Girl.'
