Sienna Miller Wins Lawsuit Against Pap

January 18, 2008

Last year actress Sienna Miller launched a lawsuit against a paparazzi who took nude photos of her while she was shooting her movie 'Hippie Hippie Shake.' Miller finally got victory in court when Mr Justice Eady granted a permanent injunction against the photographer. Miller was awarded $75,000 in damages in an invasion of privacy lawsuit.

In addition, the photos are not allowed to be reprinted and all parties had to delete all existing copies. But I'm sure they kept a copy in their 'vault.'

At the time the nude photos were sold by his employer, Xposure Photo Agency, to British tabloids The Sun and the News of the World, which published them in October 2007. $75k isn't too shabby; she basically got a new car out of the settlement. More celebs should be sue friendly against paps that invade their privacy.

Good for her. Acturally she is right. Just saw her profile on millionaire&celeb dating site WealthyRomance.com last week. Is she single now? Just curious.
