Sienna Miller has made it a point to tell us that she is not romantically involved with current roomie Rhys Ifans. She even said, “I always hear things about me and different men. Is my nickname Sleeparound Sienna? I can assure you I’m not. And Rhys is crashing on my couch - we’re not sleeping together.”
I personally think there is nothing going on between the two of them, but that's just my intuition. One thing I have noticed however is that they have started to morph into one another. They’re dressing alike and actually starting to look more like siblings rather than romantic partners and we all know it would be kinda creepy to hook up with someone that looks like you. And that is why I think they are not hooking up.
