Short Circuit

Short Circuit is the latest old school movie to get a remake! The 1986 cult classic earned its place in our hearts. Who doesn’t love a robot with real feelings?? And now, over 20 years later, it’s getting a reboot.

Original screenwriters S.S. Wilson and Brent Maddock have been hired to write the remake, so that gives us a little bit of hope. They hope to keep the original plot line of the military robot who runs away from the government after developing a conscience and personality after being struck by lightning. Producers say they want to add in a lot of newer technology to the remake, thus probably ruining it all.
