Shia Smokes In Non-Smoking Area Again

Shia LaBeouf needs to hook up with Katherine Heigl and have a smoke fest. He was just caught smoking in a designated non-smoking area again!

He's filming Transformers 2 right now in D.C. at the Smithsonian, which has strict non-smoking laws that anyone with a brain would abide by in a national museum. But not Shia! He just had to light up in the restroom, which set off a smoke alarm.

The security guards apparently gave him a talking to, and let him off with no arrest. The kid just didn't learn his lesson the first time!
