Shia Not At Fault!

He may have been driving while intoxicated, but it turns out Shia LaBeouf was not at fault.

Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said the investigation suggests that the other driver may have run a red light, hitting Shia's truck. “He was not at fault,” said Whitmore.

Sgt. Kristin Aloma of the sheriff's West Hollywood station also confirmed that Shia has not been arraigned on the drunk driving charge.
