Shia LaBeouf Recovering After Surgery

Shia LaBeouf is out of the hospital and recovering after having to undergo surgery on his arm on Sunday. Shia was popped for a DUI early Sunday morning after he made an illegal left turn and crashed into another car in Hollywood.

"Attorneys for Mr. LaBeouf confirm that an automobile accident involving an additional party occurred early morning in Los Angeles on July 27, 2008," said Melissa Kates in the statement issued Sunday evening.

"Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month. No further comment will be issued at this time. "

Luckily, no one was seriously injured in the crash, but have a feeling Shia's hard partying days are far from over.
