Shia LaBeouf is one lucky dude. This has to be a case of celebrities getting the unfair treatment.
TMZ has learned that the DA has decided not to charge him with a DUI because of inconclusive evidence. Riiiiiiiiight. The kid's got a broken wrist and a totaled car!
At least his driver's license was suspended because he refused to take a blood test at the scene of the crime. The DA also says they will not be filing any charges against Shia, but they will be charging the other driver in the accident. How pissed would you be to be that guy. What do you think? Is this a fair ruling?
