Shia LaBeouf was arrested at 2:30 AM this morning in downtown Chicago. He was arrested outside of a Walgreens, TMZ reports.

The security guard on duty reportedly asked LaBeouf to leave several times because he appeared to be drunk but he refused. At that time the guard detained him and called the cops to take care of the situation.

Shia was taken to the police station and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and posted bond by 7:00 AM.

Who knew Shia was such a bad boy? He would always play himself off as a guy that doesn’t go out or party or have any sort of fun.

so what people! he's an efing human being. how many time have you done something wrong or stupid???personally i went to jail when i was a teen for shoplifting makeup at a smiths in vegas. learned my lesson tho- point blank you, your mother, your father, your siblings and the freaking president isnt perfect!!! and plus who knows that clerk could'a been a jerk to him at 2am! i know i wouldnt deal with it! plus ive been a bitch to a few innocent people before....so what! plus hes hott!

he is BEAUTIFUL!!! I love that picture of him ( the one below the mug shot) he looks so cute in it! I think he is an awsome actor, everything he has been in, he is just great! In my opinion he is the most talented actor of our generation by far, there is just something about him!!! i would love to meet him to see what he is like in person. I wonder why he went to walgreens after leaving a club?? to get smokes or something???maybe a snack:-) just trying to understand, maybe he was lost? i mean its not like he is from there. Ya Ya so he does say numerous times that "he is not a partier", "he would rather party at his house", etc, but that he probably said all that before he got more popular, and noticed. But oh well, maybe this will make him realize his fans listen to everything he says!!!!!!!!!!!!!
