Another one is off the hook! The misdemeanor charges against Shia LaBeouf were dropped this morning in Chicago. Shia’s attorney told TMZ that Shia is "happy to put this behind him and get back to work ."
LaBeouf was arrested last month at Walgreens when he was annoying the workers with his drunken tactics. Shia wouldn’t leave so the security at Walgreens held him till the cops came and arrested him.
A sober Shia was in court this morning to hear the judge say that Walgreens doesn’t want to continue this by pressing charges against him.
