Shia LaBeouf has promised to never get arrested again. He was first accused of trespassing when he refused to leave a convenience store at 4AM, and then a warrant went out because he failed to show up at court to face smoking in a prohibited area. Both totally stupid moves on his part.

Shia proved what a good little citizen he can be today. No, he didn't show up in court. But he sent his lawyer to do his dirty work for him.
The lawyer pled not guilty to unlawful smoking on Shia's behalf. Not guilty? Either he was smoking in an illegal place, or he wasn't. What's there to discuss? This is almost as exciting as the O.J. trial!

Arrest Warrant Issued For Shia LaBeouf

Make a run for it Shia!!! A warrant has been issued for the arrest of none other than Shia LaBeouf, TMZ reports.
LaBeouf had gotten a ticket in Burbank for “unlawful” smoking back on February 18. His court date was this morning, but Shia and his lawyer were a no-show.
So does this mean we're gonna be seeing a new mugshot soon?

Shia Is Off The Hook!

Another one is off the hook! The misdemeanor charges against Shia LaBeouf were dropped this morning in Chicago. Shia’s attorney told TMZ that Shia is "happy to put this behind him and get back to work ."
LaBeouf was arrested last month at Walgreens when he was annoying the workers with his drunken tactics. Shia wouldn’t leave so the security at Walgreens held him till the cops came and arrested him.

Shia LaBeouf Arrested

Shia LaBeouf was arrested at 2:30 AM this morning in downtown Chicago. He was arrested outside of a Walgreens, TMZ reports.
The security guard on duty reportedly asked LaBeouf to leave several times because he appeared to be drunk but he refused. At that time the guard detained him and called the cops to take care of the situation.
Shia was taken to the police station and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and posted bond by 7:00 AM.

Shia LaBeouf is the "man of the year" according to Jon Voight and indeed he is. Immediately following the premiere of Transformers, Shia jumped on a plane and headed to Connecticut where he is working on his new project, theFourth Installment of the Indiana Jones Adventures.
Rumor has it that Shia is going to be playing Indiana Jones' son in the film. No confirmation yet, so I guess we gotta wait and see.
